Released by Andy Partridge on his APE House label imprint.
Almost all tracks are previously unreleased; some appeared earlier on limited edition fan club cassette tapes (see Recording Data).
Those who purchased the Japanese editions of both the Fuzzy Warbles Volume #1 and Volume #2 CDs were given the chance to send Andy a musical question if they cut the coupons off the obis and sent them to the Japanese record company. Selected questions will be answered in the booklets for Volume #3 and Volume #4 in the series.
The packaging of the Japanese and UK editions is virtually identical, except for the spines.
